Returns & Exchanges – Flanagan & Co Jockey Services Limited
At Flanagan & Co Jockey Services Limited, we aim to make returning or exchanging your item as straightforward as possible. You can try your purchase on at home, and if it’s not quite right, simply let us know if you’d like to exchange it for another size or request a refund.
Return & Exchange Window
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to:
Notify us of your intention to return or exchange
Request a full refund (subject to the conditions below)
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
Items must be in unused, unworn condition, with all original tags attached
Items must be returned in original packaging
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Note: Returns of clothing items with make-up, horse hair, or other stains will not be accepted.
Boots & Footwear
When trying on boots, please ensure you’re standing on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles. The original shoebox must be returned intact, placed inside outer packaging. Any items returned with postage labels affixed directly to the shoebox will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Please be aware the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
Safety items, including Riding Helmets, Air Vests, and Safety Stirrups
Embroidered or personalised goods
Gift cards
Custom or made-to-measure items
Special order or pre-order items not held in stock
Once an order for custom-made items has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

No problem – we’re happy to help with size exchanges. Contact us to arrange a return and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
A delivery fee will apply for the replacement item
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, contact us at info@flanaganjockeyservices.com. Once approved, we will provide you with:
A return shipping label (if requested)
Return instructions and the correct return address
Important: Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
If you choose to use our return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund. If you’d prefer to organise your own return shipping, you must still notify us first.

International Orders
All international customers are fully responsible for import duties, customs charges, and local regulations. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred.
If you refuse a shipment due to unpaid customs or taxes, a 20% handling fee will be deducted from your refund, along with the original shipping cost and any return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that it can take several business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the transaction.
We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit. If you’d like to add insurance to your shipment, contact us before placing your order.
Delivery & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email or text. From that point, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If your parcel does not arrive, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
